His passion for home buyer satisfaction has motivated him to exceed his own expectations and has resulted in winning many prestigious awards.

Kayan has achieved many accomplishments early in his career, a few to specifically recognize are the “Grow Your Portfolio” Campaign which was built and delivered to clients by analyzing their portfolio, developing, and implementing strategies to help grow their wealth in real estate for the years to come. In addition to his personal growth, he has formed and led many teams of real estate agents/consultants to success by mentoring and providing his guidance leveraging tools and techniques in the industry. Given his network & personable relationships, he always has a solution for all types of clients and their own lifestyles. To further support and meet the demands of his clients, he has expanded his business to work with industry leading developers and builders and support them through the end-to-end process including financing.

Apart from his real estate career, he has taken upon himself to support many initiatives to give back to international and local communities. To mention a few; He has been a Sick Kid’s Donor from day one of his career. He has supported Comduit – in a way to give back to his home country where the people are re-building their lives. Most recently, he has taken on the role to support the SAAAC Autism Centre which is a charity that supports diverse families impacted by Autism Spectrum disorder as a long term commitment to the charity.
